i'm blogging just for the sake of it, so please do expect this post to be. short. heh.

it hurts. for some reason, it just does. granted, it's been hurting since a few months ago but only now it took a turn for the worse. i've always been a little jealous. apparently, the green eyed monster's big enough to eat me alive.

but really, i'm quite helpless in this department. which is probably why i refrain from thinking of it with other distractions. but it's catching up to me now. i need a boost, help? :/

the only thing that even gives me enough willpower to at least smile are the things the girls i tagged are saying about me.

aive says:
- i feel like i'm 6 foot tall whenever she's beside me.
- when i'm hungry, she's hungry and it makes me feel not alone.
- she's Marinella for god's sake!

- She's a shortie - why can't I be a shortie?!

i guess Niks missed the 3? x) and yes, it's established i'm short. HAH.

i had a miracle today. see, we practically rushed to Gadong's Best Eastern to get me Breaking Dawn (never mind you, Eclipse.) and apparently they were all out. so we headed to Athirah by Soon Lee, and there was ONE more copy of it and i grabbed it before this other girl reached out for it (i know she was heading for it). but then, Mommy's card wouldn't work so she had to go withdraw money and i had to stand by. it was probably the longest 10minutes of my life (she still bought cooking oil).

so yes, the super thick copy of Twilight's last installment is sitting smugly in front of me waiting to be read. yes, i'll be pulling an all nighter tonight. (SHUSH, DONT TELL MOMMY!!)

oh, and did i mention that on the way down Ate Maan's place yesterday that i missed a step (Ate lives at the highest floor and no elevators.) because my phone started vibrating and now my right ankle has a hideously gigantic bump on it. not my first time, my ankles seem to like getting sprained, this is my third sprain in 2 years na.

so i had to get Uncle to Urut Kaki it and then the most painful part (it is NOT the hard pressure against the bump while it is being poked and prodded) is the fried ginger. EMPHASIS ON THE WORD FRIED! yes, you fry it newly and JUST WHEN IT'S HOT your supposed to place it on the bump and wrap it with a cloth. you are not allowed to wet your feet or take it out for a day or two-ish.

srsly, i've a good chance of ending up in a wheelchair permanently. keep me away from stairs! (a problem, seeing as i live on the first floor of my apartment)

Marco might be coming over to play with my brother tomorrow. Ate Maan, if your reading then please come along. i need company. :(

yes, we come and go from each other's house with ease all it takes for me to get to her house is a couple of steps to the buildings behind my apartment and follow the rickety littly wooden steps to the small Chinese kedai and her buildings are somewhere by there. (:
