twilight fever has kicked in. i know it took the female (and male) world by storm months ago.
but really, i've always been quite a lagger.

since my frustrations have done everything except vanish into thin air (i'm not that fortunate), im going to dedicate this blog post to Twilight. Goodness knows how many you've encountered from other bloggers already.

Twilight is unique. It's engrossing, and it's absolutely mind-blowing. even if i am only at page 277 of 434 pages in the book. It's probably the best love story i've read, and that's saying a lot seeing as my book shelf is stacked with every genre related to romance ever imagined.

Bella Swann is interesting and different, she's new in town and the boys in her school all want a piece of her. Meanwhile, the Cullens seem to form a clique of their own. the Cullens are reserved, quiet, and they keep to themselves. yet, their most strikingly beautiful. as far as i know, there are 5 of them. 4 of them are paired off with each other. the last yet to have been paired, Edward himself.

the first day of Bella's school, she was drawn to Edward. but Edward seemed hostile, violent with her. she simply could not understand why. and it was only her luck that during Biology, the seat by him was the only one free. even in close proximity, Edward tried so very hard to stay as far as possible. Bella was hurt.

But as the day's passed, they became fast friends. soon, Edward confides in her about everything. about how different his family is. about why his family is avoided. Turns out, an old town myth, the Cullens are vampires. Turns out, the myth is far from a myth.

Bella finds herself falling for this Mr. Perfect. and so he. which he claims is not safe, that he is being selfish. because apparently, Bella is his favourite 'flavour.' and at any time he might let his guard down and hurt her. which is sad. so very sad, how their in love with each other but his instincts get in the way.

Not only that, Bella's friends dont think it's a very good idea being friends or anything else with The Cullens. and Edward's family are starting to detest him for breaking the rules. for falling in love with someone not of their kind.

thats how far i am, currently. all my Internet browser's, except this one and Facebook, reads Twilight somewhere. IMDB, Twilight. Photobucket, Twilight. Zedge, Twilight. how obsessive. woots.

does it help that the author decribes Edward as absolutely mind blowingly perfect? no. and the person playing HIM in the movie is also equally mind blowingly handsome?

hmm. the first image that popped into my head when i tried to picture Edward was Josh's. how unusual. when i shook that, Ed Westwick (CHUCKKK!!) came to head. hmm.
